Recent challenges caused by the UK’s attempts to override parts of the Withdrawal Agreement with a new piece of legislation (The UK Internal Market Bill) have introduced uncertainty over the resilience of the agreement – but we expect the Citizens rights protections to be maintained regardless. It could lead to a legal dispute between the UK and EU.
